Making the most of BMW’s technology, the new MINI comes with a heads-up display that puts important information right in the driver’s line of sight, with a small folding screen on the dashboard displaying stuff like speed, Nav instructions, alerts and infotainment information.
Renault has whisked the covers off the new 2010 Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet, the sixth bodystyle of the latest Mégane family. There are few surprises: it's a two-door with a foldling hard top, like its predecessor. The roof is mainly smoked glass and there's a new fixed glass wind deflector positioned behind the rear seats to minimise buffeting up to 50mph.
The Michelin Challenge Design exhibit at the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) will feature 11 scale models and 24 two-dimensional drawings selected by a jury of top automotive designers.
